The Starter plan gives your restaurant a fully themed digital menu that customers can browse by scanning a QR code. There is no ordering — it is a beautiful, read-only experience your customers can access instantly.

Categories & items
Inside each menu you create categories (e.g. "Starters", "Mains", "Desserts") and add items to each category. Both categories and items can be reordered by dragging in the menu editor.
Each item has a name, optional description, price, and a photo. You can also mark any item as out of stock — it will automatically be hidden from customers until you reactivate it.

Already have a physical menu? Take a photo of it and upload it to the menu editor. DineVista will automatically read the categories and items and build out your digital menu for you — saving hours of manual data entry.
Generating & printing QR codes
Navigate to Dashboard → QR Codes to generate and print QR codes for your menus.

Tip: On the Growth and Scale plans, each physical table gets its own unique QR code that also identifies the table, enabling per-table ordering.
Customer wishlist
On the public menu page, customers can wishlist individual items by tapping the heart icon () on any item detail sheet. Wishlisted items are highlighted with a filled heart.
The wishlist is stored locally in the browser — no account is needed. Customers can use it to keep a note of what they want before deciding. The wishlist tab is accessible from the bottom navigation bar on the menu page.
