Growth
The Growth plan builds on Starter by enabling customer ordering from the table. You can create up to 30 tables, each with its own QR code. Customers scan, browse, and order — all without leaving their seat.

Creating tables
Navigate to Dashboard → Tables to manage your physical tables. Set the total number of tables and click Save. DineVista automatically creates a unique QR code for each table.
The Growth plan supports up to 30 tables. The Scale plan has no limit.
Table groups
Table groups let you organise tables into named sections (e.g. "Terrace", "Main Hall", "Bar") and assign a different menu to each group. This is ideal for restaurants where different areas have different offerings.
For example, the Bar area could show a cocktail-only menu while the Main Hall shows the full food and drinks menu. Each group can be activated or deactivated independently.
Per-table QR codes
Every table has its own unique QR code. When a customer scans it, DineVista automatically knows which table they are sitting at — so orders are linked to the right table without any manual entry.
Unlike the Starter plan's menu QR codes, table QR codes carry the table identity so that orders are automatically linked to the correct table.
Customer ordering flow
Here is what happens from the moment a customer sits down to the moment their order reaches your kitchen.
Customer scans the table QR code
Customer browses and adds items
Customer selects how to pay
- Pay after the meal — order is placed now and payment happens at the end (cash, or online with the Scale plan).
- Pay online now (Scale plan only) — customer pays via Stripe before the food is prepared.
Order appears on your dashboard
Order management dashboard
Staff manage incoming orders from Dashboard → Orders. The page automatically refreshes to show new orders and displays them with colour-coded status labels. Staff update an order's status as they work through it.
Order status
Every order moves through a simple lifecycle from placement to completion. Staff update the status from the orders dashboard.
