Theme Creation & Personalisation
Every restaurant can create and manage multiple themes that control exactly how their digital menu looks to customers — colours, fonts, layout, background, and branding.
Where to find themes
Themes are managed from the Theme Builder in your restaurant dashboard. Navigate to Dashboard → Themes to create, edit, or delete themes.
You can create multiple themes and assign a different one to each menu — for example, a vibrant daytime theme for your lunch menu and a darker, more elegant theme for dinner.
What you can customise
Every theme has a name so you can tell them apart, and a live preview that updates instantly as you make changes. Here is what you can control:
- ✓Colours — Set your primary accent colour, text colour, and background colour to match your brand using a visual colour picker.
- ✓Font — Choose the typeface and text size used throughout the menu page.
- ✓Logo & restaurant name — Upload your restaurant logo and choose whether to show the logo, name, or both in the menu header.
- ✓Item photos — Toggle whether dish photos are displayed alongside menu items.
- ✓Menu layout — Choose how items are arranged — from a simple list to a photo-rich grid. See Layout styles below.
- ✓Background — Use a solid colour, a remote image URL, or upload your own background image.
All changes are live-previewed in the theme builder before saving.

Choose how your menu items are arranged on the customer-facing page.

Background options
